Natura 2000 și Pădurile - Provocări și Oportunități |
Depindem de păduri din multe puncte de vedere. Dincolo de lemn și alte produse, pădurea are și o funcție recreativă. Pădurea are un rol important și în protejarea biodiversității, deoarece regularizează clima, apa și solul. Pădurea poate fi considerată cea mai mai importantă resursă naturală din Europa.
Studiul de fată a fost elaborat cu sprijinul consultărilor factorilor interesați și a fost conceput pentru a da cetățenilor din Uniunea Europeană o înțelegere mai bună a legislației din domeniul conservării pădurilor noastre.
