Program de masterat: Managementul zonelor de conservare
Re: Invitation to the Virtual Event for presenting the Master Program "Management of Conservation Areas in Romania"
Dear colleagues and partners,
The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) was the first university of applied sciences in Austria to receive a UNESCO chair with a focus on "Management of Conservation Areas".
In cooperation with E.C.O. Institute for Ecology, the UNESCO chair developed the international postgraduate master degree program “Management of Conservation Areas” at the Center for Further Education at CUAS. The aim of this program is to promote biodiversity conservation and regional sustainable development in Europe and worldwide by educating and training (future) managers of conservation/ protected areas, including world heritage sites and national parks.
In order to promote the part-time master degree program starting in autumn 2021, a virtual promotion tour is organized throughout Europe from September 2020.
We are honored to be the co-host of the virtual event that will be organized virtually via ZOOM on the 5th of October 2020, between 17:00-18:30. During this event the "Management of Conservation Areas" master program will be presented in detail by the representatives of the CUAS, including its various advantages, learning goals and courses, application and other administration issues, etc.
Basic information about the program can be found on the CUAS website (https://www.fh-kaernten.at/en/en/center-for-further-education/civil-engineering-architecture/management-of-conservation-areas).
