18 February 2025 – the first edition of the Nature That Unites Us – Propark Dialogues series focuses on the theme Nature and Mental Health.
We will explore topics such as:
· Nature as a teacher for emotional resilience.
· The role of communities in promoting mental health, especially through connection with nature.
· The impact of cultural activities and mental-health-focused events on communities.
· The link between mental health and time spent in nature.
· How to promote nature as a solution for mental health.
Our guest is Florența Simion – psychologist, founder and vice-president of the Hera Foundation for Emotional Health, Manager of AFECT – Festival Imperfect, but above all, a human being on a constant journey to understand herself, to discover and heal, to live more mindfully, more gently, and in deeper connection with herself and with others.
